What's on This Week - Week 14
The week before the Masters, Tiger falls again. Huge tournaments for the women in Las Vegas and Augusta.

Augusta National Women's Amateur
The Masters is not the only big event on at Augusta in April. The Augusta National Women's Amateur starts 1st April. The tournament gathers the top female amateurs in the world and has one of the premier women’s amateur tournaments on the calendar.
In this three round tournament all players play two rounds at Champions Retreat Golf Club and then the whole field has a practice day at Augusta. Following this practice day the thirty players and ties who made the 36 hole cut play the final round of competition at Augusta.
The winner gets a bunch of rewards as long as they remain an amateur. These include an invite back to this event for the next five years and, for one year, entry to the US Women’s Open, The AIG Women’s Open, The Chevron Championship, The Evian Championship and any USGA, R&A and PGA of America amateur championship.
Australia is represented by Reagon Denton who earned her invite courtesy of her WAGR ranking.
Ozziegolf’s pick for the week is Korean Soomin Oh who nearly won the Ford NSW Open earlier this year. An errant bogey on the closing hole cost Oh the lead but other than that she was a birdie machine on the final day.

LPGA & LET
Tournament: Aramco Championship
Dates: 2 – 5 April 2026
Course: Shadow Creek, Las Vegas, Nevada
Purse: USD $4.0M
Ozzies in the field: Minjee Lee, Hannah Green, Grace Kim, Steph Kyriacou, Cassie Porter, Robyn Choi, Karis Davidson, Gabbi Ruffels
The first of the co-sanctioned LPGA and LET Saudi events this is a massive opportunity for the LET players to not only mix it with the LPGA stars but a win here gets you on the LPGA.
This is the first time since 2017 that the top twenty ranked players in the world are teeing it up in the same tournament. Some of the pairings for the first two rounds are amazing: Korda, Korda Hull: Thitikul, Minjee Lee, Tan: Ko, Green, Hyo Joo Kim.
Lots of Ozzies in the field and Hannah Green has been on fire lately so hopefully that form carries into this tournament. Cassie Porter has also been firing and Kelsey Bennett is coming off a great run in Oz. Surprisingly Kirsten Rudgeley is sitting this one out.
Hard to go past the top five – Thitikul, Korda, Hull, Minjee & Yamashita but then you look at the next five and it’s Ko, Hyo Joo Kim, Woad, Hannah Green & Ruoining Yin.
This should be a fantastic tournament pitting the best of the Europeans against the best of the LPGA.
